“흥사단 투명사회운동본부 윤리연구센터가 지난 6월부터 전국 초·중·고등학생 2만1천명을 대상으로 조사해 10일 발표한 ‘2013년 청소년 정직지수 조사 결과’에서 고등학생 응답자의 47%가 ‘10억원이 생긴다면 감옥에 가도 괜찮다’고 답했다. 초등학생은 16%, 중학생은 33%가 이 같은 답변을 했다. 지난해 초등학생 12%, 중학생 28%, 고등학생 44%보다 높아진 수치다.”
