돈과 시간을 어디에 얼마나 쓰고 있는가. 장차 혹한기를 견뎌내려면 삶의 조정이 불가피하다. 무형의 위계를 염두에 둔 어중간한 능력주의와 온정주의로 인해 이리 저리 치이고 있다. 어떻게 팀워크를 향상시킬 것인가. 훈련을 사모하자. 블랙가비의 3부작이 답이 될까. 우선 리처드 포스터의 <영적 훈련과 성장 Celebration of Discipline>을 주 단위 프로그램으로 재구성하고, 헨리 블랙가비의 <하나님을 경험하는 삶 Experiencing God>, <영적 리더십 Spiritual Leadership>, <시달리고 지친 직장인의 황금률 God in the Market Place>을 병행 숙독하자. 그리고 무를 유로 바꾸시는 창조주를 기대하자.
