자발적 학습의 시작은 문제의식의 발로다. 숨겨 있는 욕구를 일깨우면 그것은 필요가 된다. 잠재적 동기 유발이 관건이다.

학교, 학급 붕괴는 이미 과거의 일이다. 그러나 교실은 아직 그렇지 않다. 수업이 이루어지면 오히려 교실은 팽창한다.
